We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being received (Monday – Friday). All orders dispatched to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail (untracked) and have the option of first and second class shipping. Orders should be received within 3-5 working days. Orders dispatched to international addresses are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (untracked). This is the most reliable, cost effective standard delivery option. If you would like a faster shipping option, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Delays & Lost Orders
Royal Mail will only class items as lost if they have not been delivered by:
1st class: 10 working days after they were due to arrive
2nd class: 10 working days after they were due to arrive
International Mail (Europe): 20 working days after they were due to arrive
International Mail (Rest of the World): 25 working days after they were due to arrive
We can only look into refunds or replacements when the items are classed as lost.
Please note that the following does not apply to printables and eBooks, for which refunds are not offered.
If you have purchased an item and it is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days by emailing – email@example.com. You will then have 14 days to return the item. The cost of the item along with the cost of postage to you and return postage, will be refunded. You may also request a replacement. The time limit for return is 14 days for your convenience. The cost of the item will be refunded along with the cost of postage to you and the cost of return postage.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to us in its original condition. In the case of prints – they must not have been removed from their protective packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item, to qualify for a refund. You will then have 14 days to return the item. Once the item is received in its original condition, we will refund you. This will not include the cost of postage to you or the return postage cost.
